General Maintenance
Need a specific repair or adjustment rather than a full service? We also offer general maintenance for individual jobs, including brake bleeds, gear indexing, bottom bracket replacements and more.
Which service does your bike need?
Both services are recommended every 6–12 months, depending on how many miles you ride. Compare what's included below to choose the right one.

The full safety and running check every bike needs.

- Spokes tensioned, trued and replaced if necessary
Premium
A complete strip-down, inspection and rebuild.
Only in Premium
- Complete strip-down, inspection and rebuild of bike
- Adjustment, cleaning and lubrication of all components
Plus everything in Essential (8 checks)
Good to know
- A hydraulic brake bleed isn't included in the Essential Service, but it can be added on request.
- We'll always advise you on which parts need replacing — the cost of any replacement parts isn't included in either service.
